Can this role be fulfilled remotely? No
· Hybrid/Buffalo (Lafayette Ct.) – Manager’s 1st preference is someone already living in Buffalo, but open for relo candidates as well (those who relo to Buffalo for the contract duration, no those who plan to travel by plane weekly to Buffalo)
· Helpful – someone who has experience in other delivery roles (i.e., Developer / QA / BA, etc.) team member for a few yrs.
· Must have exp. w/ complex technology projects – someone who listens & asks good questions – understands their work & can remove their blockers/issues – move forward - dependencies
· SAFe exp. ideal – 11 teams in this space that coordinate together
· PI planning – General scrum tasks
· Banking/Financial domains helpful, not required
· Team size – 11 teams in ART – this person will support 2 teams w/ approx. 5 to 8 team members
· Standard hours
· Interview process: 1 or 2 rounds – 1 with manager & 1 with team – in-person always preferred, but can be virtual
· Scrum Master w/ Project Management exp. is ideal as they MUST possess exp. w/ Risk Management
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
