Position description:
Immediate response to varying issues of shelter clients, provide a secure and supportive environment for program residents, and provide crisis intervention services for hotline. This position provides coverage for the shelter and hotline when regular staff are on vacation, etc.
Schedule: Varies based on organizational needs; shift differential ($1.50) offered for accepting shifts beginning the same day
Desired qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a role serving clients or customers
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Passion and alignment with QUANADA's mission and values
- Willingness to commit to a self-care plan to mitigate harm from vicarious trauma
