SoBro Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist for a role designed to feel better than the typical hygiene job.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care in a patient-centered schedule
- Complete adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling/root planing as indicated, radiographs, periodontal charting, and patient education
- Review medical histories and communicate clinical concerns clearly with the doctor and team
- Keep chart notes, perio documentation, and treatment recommendations complete and current
- Help patients understand home care, periodontal health, fluoride, whitening, and recommended follow-up
- Work with the team to keep the schedule moving without rushing care or cutting corners
- Communicate early if patient care, instruments, room flow, x-rays, or scheduling support need attention
