Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and professional
Customer Service Associate (Collections) for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with customers, can manage a high volume of calls, and remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities

Answer and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally

Make outbound collection calls regarding outstanding invoices

Assist customers with payment processing

Take detailed and accurate messages for the company

Transfer complex customer inquiries to appropriate internal staff members

Maintain positive customer relationships while handling collections activities
-
Perform data entry and update customer information accurately

Provide excellent customer service on every interaction

Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous customer service experience required

Previous data entry experience required

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated and dependable

Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision

Strong multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Comfortable handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
