Grayson Academy is currently seeking a dependable Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our 3-Year-Old classroom for our 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM closing shift. In this role, you will support the lead teacher throughout the day before transitioning into the afternoon closing teacher, helping provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment through the end of the day.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and learning experiences.
- Support children through centers, outdoor play, meals, rest time, and transitions.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
- Assume responsibility for the classroom after the lead teacher leaves for the day.
- Complete classroom closing duties each evening.
- Follow Bright from the Start licensing regulations, Quality Rated standards, and Grayson Academy policies.
- Communicate effectively with the lead teacher regarding important classroom information.
