A W Cleaning is seeking dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Independent Contractor Residential Cleaners to provide residential cleaning services for our clients.
This is an independent contractor opportunity for experienced cleaners who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service, and are comfortable managing their own cleaning assignments while meeting A W Cleaning’s quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional residential cleaning services for A W Cleaning clients
- Complete standard, recurring, and deep-cleaning services
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Clean countertops, appliances, sinks, fixtures, and other surfaces
- Follow client-specific cleaning instructions and service expectations
- Communicate professionally with clients and A W Cleaning
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Protect and respect clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy
- Report any damage, concerns, or issues promptly
- Complete assigned services thoroughly and within the agreed-upon service timeframe
Must-Have Qualifications
- Previous residential cleaning experience strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to residential client locations
- Professional and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Trustworthy and respectful of clients’ homes and property
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies
- Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon
- Must be willing to complete a background check
Independent Contractor Requirements
- This position is not an employee position
- Contractor is responsible for maintaining their own business/independent contractor status and applicable tax obligations
- Contractor is responsible for transportation to and from client locations
- Contractor is responsible for maintaining appropriate supplies and equipment
- Contractors may accept or decline available service opportunities, subject to agreed-upon client commitments
- Contractors are expected to maintain professional standards and complete accepted assignments as agreed
- Compensation is provided per completed service/assignment according to the agreed rate
