Operate and support core fabrication processes that keep our production line running. This shop-floor position is ideal for mechanically inclined problem-solvers who enjoy hands-on work and learning new equipment.
6AM - 4:30 PM, Monday thru Thursday

Set up and operate band saws and cold saws to cut raw materials to spec.

Perform basic layout and measurement using a tape measure and standard metrology tools.

Prepare materials for secondary operations to maintain production flow.

Provide general shop and production support where needed.

Prep components for powder coating as assigned.
With strong performance and initiative, you may be trained on:

CNC vertical machining centers

CNC turning centers

CNC press brakes

Other fabrication and production equipment

No prior industry experience required.

Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability (on time, every time).

Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning equipment.

Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools.

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adhere to shop procedures.
