Job Description:
If you have experience working in a distribution center environment and have been responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable about operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. This position plays a key role in enhancing workforce skills, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing staff on operational processes, safety procedures, and company policies.
Assess training needs through collaboration with management and employee feedback.
Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to enhance learning effectiveness.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, observations, and feedback, making improvements as necessary.
Ensure all employees understand and adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to perform their roles.
