Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Unload and carry materials at construction sites.

Cleanup site from debris and discarded material.

Ability to mix and pour concrete.

Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment.

Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance.

Must be physically able to complete manual labor.

Operate pneumatic Saws, hammers, vibrators, and tampers.
-
Conduct work with 100% integrity and professionalism.
-
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the field crew.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to receive written or oral instructions.

Must be physically able to work throughout the 8-hour day.

Must be physically able to work in weathered conditions.

Must be physically able to follow task duties.

Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others.

Must be physically able to move and install pipe.

Must be physically able to complete any task.
Physical Requirements:

Must be physically able to complete manual labor.

Must be physically able to work in ALL weathered conditions.

Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

Work 40 hours a week and must be physically able to follow task assigned.

Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.

Must have good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.

Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.

Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Must have own transportation.
