Key Responsibilities:

Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager.

Ensure the store is in exceptional order and that employees perform their duties efficiently.

Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
Requirements:

Availability: 3pm - 10:30pm (4-5 shifts per week).

Ability to work 30-40 hours a week.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations.

Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with minimal supervision.

Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations for store improvement.
