Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production standards

Load and position materials into machinery, fixtures, and workstations

Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks

Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently

Rotate between workstations and production areas as needed

Perform repetitive assembly and manufacturing tasks while meeting production goals

Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow work instructions and established processes

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.
