Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Administrative Assistant (Haitian Creole Bilingual) and English to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media management, HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS.
- Conduct initial screening interviews via phone or video calls, assessing candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment updates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process for multiple departments.
- Assist in developing talent pipelines through campus recruitment initiatives and lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing employee orientation materials and employment contracts.
- Engage in cold calling efforts to reach potential candidates and expand talent networks.
- Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
- Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience or familiarity with technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Avionte or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, including SAP PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, and leveraging tools like Lever for recruitment automation.
- Understanding of employment & labor law regulations relevant to hiring practices.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated research skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams. Pay: $22.40 - $28.00 per hour
