The Brian Center of Botetourt in Fincastle, VA is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Part-Time/Flex Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and resident-focused rehabilitation team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, we offer an environment built for growth, learning, and exceptional care.
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flex, Day Shift, 8 Hour Shifts
Compensation: $45 - $55 Hourly Based on Experience

Requirements:
What You’ll Do

Provide personalized, evidence-based Occupational therapy services
-
Help residents improve independence in function, mobility and strength, ensure proper positioning and orthotic management, adjunct wound care with certification training provided in house

Work collaboratively with an experienced interdisciplinary team

Support discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
