Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, algorithm-savvy YouTube Growth Coordinator to manage the day-to-day optimization and execution of our channel’s content. In this role, you will take ownership of uploading videos, executing thumbnail/title variations, and managing metadata. You will use YouTube analytics to track our Click-Through Rates (CTR) and viewer retention, ensuring every video we publish is perfectly optimized to perform well within the YouTube algorithm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Uploads & Formatting: Manage the end-to-end upload process, ensuring tags, end screens, info cards, and chapters are added correctly.
- Thumbnail Coordination: Work with templates or assets to create and deploy clear, high-CTR thumbnail variations.
- A/B Testing Implementation: Run basic title and thumbnail A/B tests using tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ to find the best-performing combinations.
- SEO Optimization: Write engaging, search-friendly video titles, strategic pinned comments, and description text.
- Community Management: Monitor and reply to user comments, and keep our Community Tab active with weekly polls and updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience working inside the YouTube Studio dashboard.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with YouTube analytics, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy.
- Basic Design: Comfortable using basic design software (like Canva or Photoshop) to make quick text or visual tweaks to thumbnails.
- Language Skills: Strong written English for professional video descriptions and comment moderation.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
