Our Human Resources team is growing and looking for an HR Generalist to support our West Coast markets (CA, OR, UT.) This is a high-impact, remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and wants to make a meaningful difference from day one.
You'll partner closely with our existing HR team to deliver faster response times, deeper operational ownership, and consistent HR support across the West Coast- covering everything from onboarding and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance.

Serve as the dedicated HR point of contact for West Coast employees and managers, ensuring timely and consistent support

Own end-to-end onboarding for West Coast new hires, including system setup, orientation coordination, and early engagement touchpoints

Maintain accurate employee records in ADP, including working with the payroll administrator to track changes for the West Coast

Strong Excel and data analytics skills- ability to build and run reports, interpret workforce metrics, and present findings clearly to senior leadership in a way that informs decision-making

Handle day-to-day HR transactions including status changes, offboarding, leaves of absence, and policy inquiries

Partner with managers on employee relations matters, performance conversations, and HR best practices

Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple West Coast jurisdictions

3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in hospitality, property management, or another high-volume, multi-location environment

Hands-on ADP experience required- payroll processing, HRIS administration, and reporting

Strong Excel skills with the ability to build reports, analyze data, and surface meaningful HR insights

Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance, with particular awareness of California and other West Coast regulations

Ability to manage a high volume of transactions and competing priorities without losing attention to detail

Strong communicator who can build trust with employees and managers at all levels

Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

Candidates must be available to work West Coast business hours (Pacific Time) to provide real-time support to our West Coast team members and markets.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus

Compensation:
-
$95,000 - $105,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is classified as exempt under applicable wage and hour laws.
