Ideal Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland School Psychologist License required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for students across grade levels to identify strengths and challenges
- Develop recommendations and interventions for academic and behavioral support
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and student support strategies
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Offer guidance on data-driven decision-making to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
