Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen management to maintain high-quality culinary offerings
- Control inventory levels, manage food costs, and implement effective food management practices to maximize profitability
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform shift management duties, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- Conduct staff scheduling, supervise team members during shifts, and coordinate catering or banquet events when applicable
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food service operations
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of food safety management, food handling procedures, and kitchen operations
- Strong skills in team training, staff development, interviewing candidates, and managerial communication
- Experience managing budgets, profit-and-loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures
- Background in catering or banquet services is a plus; hotel or bar experience highly valued
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
