We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Screen Printer and Embroidery specialist to join our dynamic production team. Duties
- Operate industrial screen printing machines and embroidery equipment efficiently, maintaining optimal production flow.
- Measure and prepare materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure precise placement of prints and embroidery designs.
- Set up and adjust machines according to design specifications, including fabric materials, garment types, and dimensional measurements.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment, including fabric cutting and materials handling.
- Maintain high quality standards in production by inspecting finished products for consistency, color accuracy, and durability; perform sewing, serging, and garment construction as needed.
- Conduct manual fabric cutting with precision to ensure proper fit and alignment of printed or embroidered items.
- Follow safety standards in production environments by adhering to proper machine operation protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines, embroidery machines, sergers, and industrial printing equipment.
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques including garment sewing, seam construction, upholstery work, and garment construction.
- Knowledge of fabric materials such as textiles used in apparel and upholstery applications.
- Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality control purposes.
- Experience with measuring instruments used in manufacturing settings to ensure precision.
- Familiarity with quality standards in production to maintain consistency across all finished products.
- Warehouse experience related to materials handling, inventory management, and safety procedures.
- Skilled in manual cutting techniques for fabrics to achieve clean edges and precise shapes.
