The Gig
We’re looking for a cook who can handle the heat — literally. Someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, loves great food, and doesn’t flinch when the printer decides to spit out 12 tickets at once.
What You’ll Do
- Crush the line during busy services with speed, accuracy, and a sense of humor
- Prep real ingredients for a real scratch kitchen — no shortcuts, no nonsense
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for battle
- Work as part of a tight-knit crew that communicates, supports each other, and occasionally roasts each other (lovingly)
- Follow recipes, but also bring your own creativity and pride to the plate
- Help maintain our high standards for quality, consistency, and “holy crap that’s good” moments
