Responsibilities
- Install a wide range of window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, and and drapes, both automated and not, with precision and care.
- Ability to accurately measure, level, and securely install window treatments.
- Professionally finish installations.
- Review measurements & installation specifications before beginning installation.
- Must provide your own installation tools, step stool, & ladder to safely complete installations efficiently on various types of homes & commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders safely and effectively
- Minimum of 2 yrs professional experience installing shutters AND drapery required.
- Communicate effectively with clients by explain installation procedures and ensuring satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of window treatment installation techniques.
- Protect the customers' homes and maintain a clean work area.
- Have reliable transportation. Area of coverage is Pensacola, FL to Destin, FL.

- *** A $100 flat rate trip fee is paid per job.
- Ability to work independently and manage installation appointments.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Identify & communicate any installation issues or concerns
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Complete jobs according to scheduled appointments.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Must have the ability to legally work as a 1099 Subcontractor in Florida.
