About the Position
As a Skilled Trades Apprentice, you'll work directly with experienced technicians while learning the fundamentals of your chosen trade. This position provides real-world experience on residential and light commercial job sites, allowing you to develop the technical skills, work habits, and confidence needed to advance your career.
You'll be paired with experienced mentors who are committed to helping you succeed while preparing you for future licensing opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems

Learn proper troubleshooting techniques and preventative maintenance procedures

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and trade-specific equipment

Help load materials, organize job sites, and maintain company vehicles

Learn how to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings
-
Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies

Maintain a clean, professional appearance on customer job sites

Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally

Continue developing your trade knowledge through classroom and on-the-job training
Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Positive attitude with dependable attendance

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment

Comfortable working on ladders and in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments

Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications

Trade school enrollment or completion

Previous construction, mechanical, maintenance, warehouse, or labor experience

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
