Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses & Commission Opportunities
- Expected Total Compensation: $110,000–$150,000+ for top performers

- Additional accelerator bonuses when monthly goals are exceeded

Hampton Manor Senior Living is hiring a true Sales Director / Community Growth Leader — someone who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and drive results.
This role is for a hunter: a motivated sales professional who enjoys getting into the community, developing referral networks, following up relentlessly, and helping families choose the right senior living solution.
Your mission is simple: increase occupancy and help more families discover Hampton Manor.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Build a powerful referral network with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, discharge planners, home health companies, social workers, and community leaders
- Create new opportunities every week through outbound calls, visits, networking, and relationship building
- Turn inquiries into scheduled tours
- Turn tours into deposits
- Turn deposits into successful move-ins
- Own your sales pipeline from first contact to move-in
- Follow up with urgency — every lead matters
- Host events, lunches, presentations, and community outreach campaigns
- Track daily activity and results through our CRM
