Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and service requests
- Manage and supervise a team of service technicians and warehouse and delivery employees.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stocking levels to fulfill customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety programs, cash handling and loss prevention protocols
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase branch awareness and sales.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a position such as assistant manager in automotive repair or a comparable automotive management role is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, sales, and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and other retail/commercial software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette
- Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

The listed pay range reflects the base salary. Commission opportunities are available and are based on store profitability.
