Clearly Amazing is a national leader in exterior cleaning services. We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our field operations for the entire area of Grand Blanc, Ann Arbor, and Rochester Hills from our office in Grand Blanc, MI.

- Pressure Washing
- Soft Wash Cleaning for Roof and Siding
- Window Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
- Holiday Light Installation
Position Overview
The Service Manager focuses on exceeding customer expectations through the following activities:
- Recruitment, training, and supervision of a team of cleaning professionals.
- Plan, and conduct new hire and on-going training for all field personnel in customer service skills, technical skills, and safety procedures.
- Perform quality control check-ins plus maintain metrics on each crew and crew members to monitor performance. Examine employee work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to best practices as well as company procedures.
- Train, coach and develop the field staff, so they positively impact customer retention by exceeding customer’s expectations.
- Supervise all field personnel to ensure service (production and sales) goals are met.
- Maintain positive morale among staff and actively promote teamwork.
- Recognize adverse customer service reactions and address them to eliminate repercussions
- Prepare work schedules and assign and monitor duties to the service team for efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings.
- Ensure a safe workplace is provided for all employees by ongoing training and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure licensing is maintained by all employees, as required by company policy and state and/or federal law.
- Assist in the sales process through estimates as needed.
- Maintain inventory control for warehouse and in-vehicles.
- Oversee the maintenance of both the fleet and equipment.
Compensation & Perks
- $50,000–$60,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission & performance bonuses(Typical On-Target Earnings = $75K–$100K+, with room to grow)

Education & Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of supervisory management experience required
- Associates degree in a business-related discipline and two (2) or more years of related experience in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales Experience preferred.
- Requires local travel during the day. The expectation is that the Service Manager will be on the road every day visiting jobs and the crews. There will be no overnight travel required.
- Valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record, per company standards are required.

- Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring and developing a sales team, executing goals,

- Practical knowledge of the service industry and experience in developing and executing sales plans.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Maintains a "can do" attitude
