We are seeking passionate individuals to join the opening team of Beverly’s, a brand-new upscale Mexican restaurant in downtown Fort Worth. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Beverly’s recipes and standards
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to bar and dining guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Educate guests on menu offerings, including specialty cocktails, tequila, and mezcal
- Ensure accurate order-taking and cash handling
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Skills
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer (tequila/mezcals a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team collaboration and adaptability
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage trends
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
As a Bartender at Beverly’s, you will be responsible for preparing and serving handcrafted cocktails, tequila and mezcal selections, wine, and beer with precision and consistency. You will engage with guests at the bar and support the dining room by fulfilling beverage orders promptly. This role requires a strong understanding of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
