The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multi-line phone systems, assisting with recruiting efforts, conducting drug screenings, completing I-9 verifications, and overseeing the onboarding paperwork for new hires. Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to align them with suitable job opportunities
- Coordinate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and follow-up communications
- Administer drug screenings and oversee background checks
- Maintain accurate records for associates and clients in the database
- Regularly communicate with candidates, associates, and clients via phone, email, and text
- Assign relevant training to associates to enhance their job placement skills
- Support onboarding procedures, including managing applicant paperwork and files
- Assist with client outreach and relationship development
- Perform general office tasks, such as answering phones and providing administrative support
Qualifications
- Previous administrative office experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with outstanding time management skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
- Professional phone demeanor and a strong customer service orientation

- Pay range: $20.00 per hour
