We are seeking Amenities Attendants for a Luxury Condominium. The Amenities Attendants are responsible for the maintenance and appearance of the Spa, Gym, Locker rooms and Pool Deck according to standard operating procedures.
Schedule 11:30am to 8:00pm.
DUTIES
- Enforce amenity rules.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Set up the pool area.
- Fold towels and set up towels.
- Keep the water dispensers with ice and water
- Assist residents with towels, lounge chairs and water in the pool area.
- Cleaning duties as, disinfect pool areas, cleaning pool bathrooms, cleaning pool windows and other cleaning duties assigned.
- Maintain the gym with towels
- Maintain the appearance of the locker rooms and refill hygiene products.
- Welcome residents to all amenities and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Candidates must be organized, responsible, punctual and detail oriented.
Skills Required:
Previous customer service experience.
Ability to stay busy when it's off season.
Ability to work under pressure.
Great communication skills.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
