In this role, you’ll be responsible for cultivating lasting client relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and delivering consistent growth across your designated territory. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calls, networking, trade shows, and referrals..
- Communicate product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, follow-up, and technical support.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage sales orders using company CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience in outside or industrial sales; hose and fittings or fluid transfer experience strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
