Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in person
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer requests
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide information on products or services
- Handle client service inquiries professionally and efficiently
Experience
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong typing skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with sales processes is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour
