Duties
- Assist clients in leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including digital platforms and social media
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents using real estate administrative tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication at every stage of the process
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a must to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex information clearly
- Proficiency in marketing techniques and digital tools used for property promotion is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously
