Superior Washer & Gasket Corp. is an established precision metal stamping manufacturer that has been serving customers for over 54 years. We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Warehouse Associate who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and getting the job done right.

What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipping
- Label, stage, and organize outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain shipping records and documentation
- Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with production and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to read work orders and shipping documents
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- No nights or weekends

Paid Time Off
