This is an on-site administrative / light-artwork position, available as either part-time or full-time. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, art, and production—processing orders, prepping artwork, coordinating with our production team, and handling invoicing. If you've worked in a print shop or promo products environment and can also clean up a logo file when needed, you're exactly who we want.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer orders for promotional products, custom apparel, screen printing, and embroidery
- Prepare and adjust artwork files for production (resizing, color separations, mockups, vectorizing logos)
- Assist with production scheduling and coordinate with print/embroidery operators
- Generate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; follow up on order status
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to confirm specs, approvals, and timelines
- Maintain order accuracy and quality control from intake through fulfillment
What You Bring
- Experience in promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, or custom apparel production
- Working proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (you don't need to be a designer, but you should be comfortable handling and prepping art files)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple orders at once
- Familiarity with order/invoicing workflows; bonus if you've used industry tools or order management software
- Clear communicator who's reliable and takes ownership of details
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of decoration methods (DTG, heat transfer, pad printing) and substrate/garment types
- Prior experience with a promo distributor or print shop
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
