Position Overview
LoV Studios is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, and community-driven Certified Mat Pilates Instructor to become one of the faces of our growing studio.
This is more than simply teaching classes, we're looking for someone who is excited to help build a thriving Pilates community from the ground up. The ideal instructor already has an established personal brand, existing clientele, or a strong social media presence and is motivated to continue growing both their own business and LoV Studios.
We're seeking a true go-getter, someone who understands that building a successful class schedule requires consistent networking, marketing, relationship building, and client retention.
Our ideal instructor doesn't wait for clients to be handed to them, they actively create opportunities, cultivate relationships, and build a loyal following.
Responsibilities Instruction
- Teach engaging, safe, and high-energy Mat Pilates classes.
- Provide modifications for all fitness levels.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that keeps members returning.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead each class professionally.
Client Growth
- Actively promote your classes through your own marketing efforts.
- Utilize your personal network, social media, referrals, and community connections to build attendance.
- Foster relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term memberships.
- Help create a welcoming community that encourages retention.
Brand Partnership
- Represent the LoV Studios brand with professionalism.
- Participate in content creation, promotional videos, and social media.
- Assist with community events, pop-ups, workshops, and wellness collaborations.
- Help grow awareness of LoV Studios throughout the Atlanta area.
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor
- CPR/AED Certification
- Experience teaching group fitness classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Strongly Preferred:
- Existing client base or personal following
- Active social media presence
- Previous experience growing class attendance
- Experience building and retaining memberships
- Entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation starting from $30-$50 based on experience.
We want our instructors to be rewarded for helping grow the studio.
Compensation may include:
