Framework Legal is a female-owned, founder-led boutique business law firm built for entrepreneurs who expect clarity, perspective, and momentum not legal busywork or documents created for their own sake.
We help businesses buy, sell, grow, and scale thoughtfully. Our work goes beyond drafting agreements. We operate as part of our clients’ outside leadership team, providing judgment, structure, and practical business perspective alongside excellent legal execution.
We’re growing and we’re looking for a paralegal who thinks like an operator and cares deeply about excellence in both process and work product.
The Role
Legal & Transactional Work (Your Foundation)
- Draft, manage, and coordinate transactional documents (LOIs, asset and equity purchase agreements, operating agreements, ancillary and closing documents, all manners of contracts)
- Maintain deal timelines, closing checklists, and signature workflows
- Organize and manage files, data rooms, and records with rigor and consistency
- Coordinate with clients, counterparties, brokers, lenders, and advisors
- Review documents with a sharp eye for clarity, accuracy, and excellence in work product
- Anticipate issues before they become problems

Process Improvement, Legal Ops & AI
- Improve and document internal workflows from intake through post-closing
- Refine templates, checklists, playbooks, and repeatable systems
- Use and evaluate legal technology, document automation, and AI tools thoughtfully
- Identify inefficiencies and propose better ways to work
- Balance innovation with professional judgment tech is a tool, not a crutch
Who You Are
- Experienced paralegal (business / transactional preferred), 5-7 years preferred.
- Systems thinker who sees patterns, not just tasks
- Deeply committed to quality, clarity, and professionalism
- Comfortable with technology including AI
- Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure
- Understands that great legal support includes judgment and perspective
