Tidal Remodeling is expanding throughout Orange County and hiring outgoing, motivated people to join our Field Marketing Team.
This is a door-to-door appointment-setting role — not a sales closing position.
You'll speak with homeowners, introduce our remodeling services, and schedule qualified consultations for our sales team.
No closing. No pricing. No contracts.
Pay & Performance
- $18/hour guaranteed during Quick Start training
- Generate 5 confirmed appointments within your first two weeks
- Graduate to $30/hour guaranteed
- Earn additional bonuses and commissions
- Opportunity to earn up to $35/hour guaranteed at higher performance levels
Top performers earn significantly more through performance incentives.
What You'll Do
- Canvass assigned Orange County neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about our remodeling services
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Track appointments and work toward weekly goals

Schedule
- Meet at our Irvine office at 10:00 AM
- Company transportation to assigned neighborhoods
- Typical day: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Five-day work week, including Saturdays

Canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
