Tartine, Llc in New Orleans, LA is looking for a part time baker to join our team. We are located on 7217 Perrier St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities

Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix and shape brioche, baguettes, bagels, ciabatta, multigrain, and sourdough
- Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Make Quiche, sones, cookies, and brownies
- Prepare and maintain inventory
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
Qualifications

Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Baker a plus
