In this energetic in-office role based in Boca Raton, you will educate clients on a variety of insurance plans, tailor solutions to meet their unique needs, and guide them through the enrollment process.
We are seeking motivated, licensed agents who are driven to succeed and grow within the company. Newly licensed agents are strongly encouraged to apply — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help new agents succeed.
We offer opportunities for advancement into Team Lead, Management, and Customer Service positions. Applicants must hold an active Health Insurance License and be licensed in a minimum of 6 states.
This is a paid position offering competitive commissions, bonuses, and spiffs, along with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to promote health insurance products.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ needs to recommend suitable insurance plans that align with their healthcare requirements and financial situations.
- Explain policy options, coverage details, and premiums clearly while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and coordinating benefits administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting clients throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness in diverse communities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and compliance records.
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License required.
- Must be licensed in a minimum of 6 states.
- Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply. We train and mentor new agents.
- Previous experience in phone sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or insurance sales preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales administration tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
