Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to support both our fleet and warehouse operations. This role will primarily focus on material handling, deliveries, and sample preparation. As well as routine maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, this is preffered but not required
This position reports directly to our Operations Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment:
- Oil changes
- Brake work
- Filter replacements
- Tire rotations
- General upkeep and inspections
- Identify and report larger mechanical issues
- Help maintain maintenance schedules and service records
Warehouse Support
- Load and unload materials using forklift
- Stage materials for upcoming projects
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Deliveries & Logistics
- Drive company box truck for local pickups and deliveries
- Assist with transporting materials to job sites as needed
Sample Production
- Create custom rubber samples for project needs
- Assist team with preparing materials for sales and operations
Qualifications
- Experience with basic vehicle maintenance (preferred)
- Comfortable performing hands-on mechanical work
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience driving box trucks (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred, but can train)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment
