ResponsibilitiesClinical Excellence
- Assist the doctor during restorative, cosmetic, implant, and full-mouth reconstruction procedures
- Anticipate clinical needs and maintain efficient treatment flow
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for complex procedures
- Take diagnostic radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital scans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Patient Care & Experience
- Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient
- Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions
- Support patients through comprehensive treatment plans and long-term care
Team & Practice Support
- Maintain organized treatment rooms and clinical inventory
- Assist with laboratory cases and case coordination
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
- Support continuous improvement of clinical systems and patient care processes
Qualifications
- 2 Years of Dental assisting experience required
- Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
- Current radiology certification
- Experience with restorative, cosmetic, or implant dentistry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
