Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurant or catering, is highly preferred
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry best practices
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen setting
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
