Architectural products manufacturer seeking a full-time self-motivated Signage Project Manager & Site Coordinator or equal experience with construction administration and site work background. Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Managed various projects, generated change orders and RFIs, among other responsibilities
Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Scheduling, coordinating with installation team.
Ability to keep general communication with the customer, provide solutions and meet deadlines
Prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Work with the installation team to facilitate all field-related work
Work with internal teams: design, engineering, production & installation to take complete the project prior to completion deadline
Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects in the office and at job sites
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a project manager in signage or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the sign industry or related field (required)
Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and (preferred) sign-specific software (e.g., Adobe: Illustrator, Procore, Constructware).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
