Responsibilities
- Assist with embroidery and screen-printing production
- Load and unload garments and other products
- Prepare garments for printing and embroidery
- Fold, sort, count, package, and organize finished orders
- Help keep the production area clean and organized
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift and move boxes or materials as needed
- Previous embroidery, screen-printing, apparel, or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn is more important than previous experience
- Able to adhere to company process and procedures
