As the first and last point of contact, our Hosts set the tone for an elevated, seamless, and memorable dining experience. Whether welcoming guests into our Steak Bar or Sea Bar, this role is essential to the flow, energy, and hospitality of the restaurant.

Position Summary
As a Host / Hostess at Little Betty, you are responsible for creating a warm, professional, and refined first impression. You will manage reservations, control the pace of service, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and taken care of from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Manage reservations and seating using reservation platforms (TripleSeat, OpenTable, etc.)
- Maintain an accurate waitlist while communicating clearly with guests and team members
- Control the flow of the dining room to support smooth and timely service
- Escort guests to tables and provide thoughtful introductions to their server
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP accommodations with attention to detail
- Answer phones, manage bookings, and respond to guest communications promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the host stand and entrance
- Collaborate closely with management and service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous host or hospitality experience in an upscale or fine dining setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Comfortable using reservation and guest management systems
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
