Your role in our team:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures the consistent application of WIOSS processes and procedures across all operational sites. This role supports new site launches, verifies compliance at existing sites through audits and spot checks, and drives operational readiness, gap closure, and change management. Additionally, the Coordinator upholds WITRON standards across all departments by validating that each implementation step is executed accurately and in alignment with established guidelines.
Ideal candidate profile:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who either possesses strong knowledge of WIOSS processes and procedures or can acquire it quickly. They excel at ensuring compliance and operational readiness, particularly during new site launches, and demonstrate leadership in driving corrective actions and managing change. This individual combines analytical expertise with practical problem-solving skills and is comfortable conducting audits, training teams, and transitioning manual processes into systemic solutions. Bilingual proficiency in English and French, adaptability to dynamic environments, and a willingness to travel frequently are essential. Experience with data analysis tools and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles are considered strong assets.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

3- 5 years of experience in quality assurance or process compliance within a logistics or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding and knowledge of auditing principles and process improvement methodologies

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

English and French mandatory (verbal and written)

Knowledge of data analysis tools and WITRON-specific reports.

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and sites.

Lean Six Sigma or other quality program certification is an advantage.

Change management experience is an advantage
Skills/Experience Required:

Expertise in auditing and compliance enforcement, including developing and applying audit frameworks

Must be able to work in conditions of +5C up to -28C with personal protective equipment (PPE) provided including cold temperature gear, facial gear, gloves, and handwarmer

Requires frequent domestic travel for training, participation in internal and customer meetings, and to provide support at other facilities as needed.

Flexibility to work any shift as required by operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to be on-call as needed to ensure operational integrity
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure WIOSS Canada processes and procedures are properly implemented at new sites (including floor organization, escalation protocols, incident reporting, etc.), and provide training to new teams

Conduct audits and spot checks to verify compliance with WITRON standards and customer requirements.

Initiate corrective actions when deviations from established procedures occur.

Maintain quality assurance documentation and protocols to support consistent quality practices

Identify opportunities to convert manual processes into systemic solutions.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters.

Promote compliance awareness and audit readiness across departments

Assist in creating and executing action plans to address operational or customer needs.

Develop and implement new procedures based on operational requirements and identified gaps; create reporting tools to track progress of action plans and operational activities.
