Key Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Minnesota (MN) required

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Comfort with covering a leave of absence and managing transitions
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students, addressing a range of mobility and functional needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure students’ goals are met
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt interventions to meet the evolving requirements of a pending caseload
