We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team for Medical Marijuana Dispensary. The associate will be responsible for all aspects of the business. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cannabis and business development. We need a self starter!
The position will be responsible for all aspects of the Dispensary operation.
The Associate will be responsible for various tasks related to business development, operations, and business growth.
The business is licensed by the state of West Virginia, so State compliance is a must.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the dispensary.
- Follow State mandatory compliance in regards to record keeping and procedures .
- Provide product knowledge to customers and complete transactions.
- Receiving of inventory and product entering tasks.
- Complete inventory.
- Keep a clean and organized environment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and following policies and procedures.
Skills
- Familiarity with retail, inventory tracking, and POS systems.
- Cannabis knowledge.
- Basic math skills for accurate business planning and development.
- High level of attention to detail and policy and procedures.
***No Criminal Felonies and background check is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
