IMMEDIATE OPENINGS - Sierra Nevada Brewing Company is hiring tempoary production workers through Allevity Recruiting & Staffing!
Must be 21+ years of age.
Shifts Available:
Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am, with end times ranging from 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
This is a temporary position with scheduling contingent on the production needs of the brewery. Hours may vary week to week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging and Labeling: Accurately and efficiently pack brewery products into variety packs according to established standards and labels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality, ensuring that all items are in good condition and meet our quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of variety pack components and inform the supervisor when more product is necessary.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with brewery regulations and policies.
- Organization: Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other brewery team members to maintain a smooth production process.
Qualifications:
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads (up to 40 lbs).
- Outstanding attendance on site and the ability to work varying or rotating shifts.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a packing or assembly role is a plus.
