Position: Physician - Limited Permit
Location: Multiple Nursing Homes & Clinics throughout New York City and State
Employment Type: Full-Time or Per-Diem
Pay: $75,000+
Base pay = $75k + Bonus ($20+ per note) for M-F schedule
Base pay = $85K + Bonus ($20+ per note) for M-F + Weekend schedule

Currently seeking compassionate and dedicated physicians who hold a New York State Limited Permit to practice medicine under supervision. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and assist in developing individualized care plans.
- Monitor medical conditions and respond to changes in residents’ health status.
- Participate in rounds, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Provide documentation in compliance with NYS DOH regulations and facility policy.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
New York State Limited Permit to practice medicine under supervision (We will provide assistance in obtaining Limited Permit)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation preferred but not required.
