American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in an Internal Medicine unit, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of telemetry experience.

Position is located in an Internal Medicine unit (5E) within a hospital setting

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position

Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum of 18 months separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract

RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved for consecutive days during the holiday period
