What You'll Do
As a DSP, you're not just a caregiver—you're a mentor, advocate, coach, cheerleader, and friend.

What We're Looking For
You don't need years of experience—just a caring heart and a positive attitude!
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and compassionate attitude
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Medication Administration experience
- A passion for helping others succeed
